Action before regulatory agencies and in sanctioning administrative litigation, including all administrative courts in Brazil; Consultancy and preparation of opinions; Support in the legislative process or in the interpretation and discussion of laws and regulations; Action in judicial litigation, whether in the face of tax enforcement, or with the filing of writs of mandamus, ordinary or annulment actions or appeals arising therefrom, up to the higher levels.
