Our Labor and Employment practice area focus on advisory, litigation and administrative areas, in preventive or litigation matters, including different business sectors. We act before the Regional Secretariat for Labor and Employment, Labor Courts and the Public Ministry of Labor. Our work includes: definition of strategies; preparation of legal theses, due diligence, reports, opinions, judicial and extrajudicial agreements, lifting of permits and all other routines of labor litigation, advisory and administrative matters.
