Expertise in Tax Law. Member of the Committee of Jurists for Debureaucratization (CJD) of the Federal Senate. Researcher at the São Paulo Law School of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). He was a professor of Tax Law at the Escola Superior da Magistratura de Pernambuco (ESMAPE) and at Faculdade Pernambucana (FAPE). Former Director of the Superior School of Advocacy (OAB-PE).
